Remove the mapping of a reason code to an activity

You can remove the mapping of a reason code of a data source to an activity.

Procedure

Go to Work Administration. Under Activities, select Time Collector Mapping.

From the left pane, select the organization for which the mapping is defined (Owner Organization).

From the Time Collector MappingsEntity in WFM that maps the reason code of a data source with an organization's activities. screen, select the data source for which you want to remove the mapping of its reason code to an activity.

Select Unmap Time Collector Mapping.

To remove the mapping of the activity to the reason code, select OK.

The selected activity is no longer mapped to the reason code.
